Globe Iron Roofing is looking for an experienced Shingle Roofing Superintendent to lead our steep-slope roofing crews throughout Greater Cincinnati.
We're looking for someone who knows roofing, knows how to lead people, and takes pride in quality work.
What you'll do:- Lead and coordinate shingle roofing crews
- Manage daily production and job schedules
- Inspect jobs for quality and proper installation
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and deliveries
- Enforce safety and fall-protection standards
- Communicate with customers and resolve field issues
- Develop foremen and hold crews accountable
- Make sure every completed roof meets Globe Iron standards
- Previous crew leadership or superintendent experience
- Knowledge of flashing, ventilation, underlayment's, valleys, and roofing details
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Someone who isn't afraid to get on a roof and lead from the field
- Experience with slate, tile, cedar, or standing-seam metal is a plus.
