Baynum Solutions is hiring painters and coatings technicians who take pride in skilled work, sharp finishes, and seeing the results of their effort at the end of the day.

Our crews work on commercial, industrial, and high-profile projects throughout Greater Cincinnati and the surrounding region. From major facilities and recognizable landmarks to specialty environments and attractions, our work is visible, varied, and built on quality craftsmanship.

• Surface preparation including sanding, patching, masking, cleaning, and repairs
• Apply coatings by brush, roller, and spray methods
• Complete projects safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail
• Work on commercial facilities, industrial sites, and specialty projects
• Maintain clean, organized, professional jobsites
• Represent Baynum through quality workmanship and professionalism

• Painting experience preferred, but motivated candidates are encouraged to apply
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Attention to detail and pride in finished work
• Comfortable with ladders, lifts, and active jobsites
• Positive attitude and team mindset
• Valid driver’s license preferred
