The Senior Field Service Technician will be responsible for initiating and executing field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner. This role includes proactive system troubleshooting, works with mechanical, electrical, chemical feed and storage equipment, conducts routine contractual sampling and survey work, preventative/breakdown maintenance, maintains parts inventory, completes cost accounting time entry and field data entry, anticipates and corrects safety issues (both Company and Customer owned equipment).
Has direct interfacing with customer and may be responsible for work in multiple systems/locations/customers within a primary service area and regional territory.
The ideal candidate will be located in Northern Kentucky/ South Western Ohio.

- Preferred:
May have industry specific license(s) for water or wastewater Trades /Training Certificates - HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical. - Experience Requirements:
Ability to obtain all required customer clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc.) Clean driving record. - 2 to 5 years of mechanical/technical work experience including industrial or commercial process water experience.
- Water/Wastewater/Chemical handling, processing, analytical experience a plus.
- Able to pass background check & pre-employment drug screen.
- Skills:
