Salary: $28 - $33 per hour

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pipefitter to join our dynamic construction team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile projects, where you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining piping systems. As a Pipefitter, you will be a critical part of our team, ensuring that all piping systems are installed and functioning correctly to maintain the safety and efficiency of our construction projects.

• Read and interpret blueprints to understand the specific requirements of each project.
• Assemble, install, and maintain various types of pipes including copper, cast iron, PVC, PEX, etc.
• Use a variety of tools and machines to measure, cut, groove, thread, weld, and join pipes.
• Weld in all positions (standing, kneeling, etc.) as required by the project.
• Sweat and braze pipes to ensure a secure and leak‑free connection.
• Bend pipes by hand or with pipe‑bending tools and machines as per the project requirements.
• Use roll groove machines to prepare and fit pipes together.
• Test piping systems for leaks by increasing pressure in pipes and observing gauges attached to pipes.
• Coordinate with other construction professionals to ensure smooth project execution.
• Comply with all safety rules and regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pipefitter in the construction industry.
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Extensive experience with welding in all positions.
• Proficiency in sweating and brazing.
• Experience with using a roll groove machine.
• Demonstrated ability to assemble and install piping systems for commercial buildings.
• Familiarity with various types of pipes (copper, cast iron, PVC, PEX, etc.) and the ability to measure, cut, groove, thread, weld, and join them.
• Proficiency in bending pipe by hand or with pipe‑bending tools and machines.
• Experience in testing piping systems for leaks by increasing pressure in pipes and observing gauges.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and work in various positions.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A commitment to safety and quality at all times.
