We are seeking experienced Hone and Lap Technicians for a 3 to 9-month contract assignment located in California, offering weekly earnings potential of up to $3000.

• Hourly rate of $48.
• Guaranteed 50-hour work weeks with overtime pay for any hours exceeding 40.
• Daily tax-free per diem of $45 provided for all seven days of the week.

• Proof of ITAR eligibility via birth certificate is required.
• Successful completion of drug screening and background verification is necessary.

• Configure and manage bore honing and manual bench lapping machinery.
• Utilize primarily manual Sunnen horizontal single-spindle equipment for bore honing, alongside two semi-automated units designated for roughing tasks.
• Execute all lapping and honing procedures following precision grinding to ensure the internal diameter of components is properly polished.

• Possess at least four years of recent, hands‑on experience with manual bench lapping and bore honing equipment.
• We welcome applications from skilled vertical mill machinists or precision grinders with expertise in , OD, or centerless grinding.
• Must provide valid ITAR documentation, specifically a birth certificate.
