General Statement of Duties
Implements recreation activities by providing direct service while assisting CRC staff. May assist in the planning and promotion of an activity/program or in the development, planning, and implementation of a recreation program. May use a specific skill needed to implement a specialized recreation program.
Must be willing to take direction from supervisors and managers.
Must follow Department of Recreation rules, regulations, and guidelines, especially those relating to safety and customer service.
Minimum Qualifications (KSAs)- Youth 14 to 18 years of age meeting City residency and household income guidelines.
- Must have a valid work permit (14–15 years old) or parental consent (16–17 years old).
- Must attend a 20‑hour orientation/training session.

None, except where required by employer.
