POSITION PURPOSE

The Training Coordinator is responsible for the implementation of learning and development programs for all staff. This person works closely with HR and department managers to onboard new staff, create content, and deliver effective training for the organization.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
  • Thoroughly educates staff on all credit union products and services as well as related regulations and policies. Designs, develops, and implements engaging and effective training resources.
