Pay Range: $36,000-$45,000/ yearly

About the Role
Justice Works Youth Care is seeking a dedicated Family Preservation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support families during the reunification process. You will provide hands-on case management, parenting education, and family support services while collaborating with professionals such as social workers, psychologists, and educators to ensure the safety and well-being of children.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree,
or high school diploma with one (1) year of experience working with youth and families - Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable access to a vehicle
- Ability to pass all required background clearances
- Ability to pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends
- Work in partnership with JFS to support family reunification efforts
- Provide case management services and parenting education/classes
- Promote inclusive, strengths-based teamwork with families and community partners
- Support parents in developing skills to safely care for their children
- Transport clients using your personal vehicle as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and meet program and compliance standards
