Justice Works is seeking a Visit Coaching Specialist! We are looking for an empathetic, organized individual who is passionate about supporting families in their journeys. As a Visit Coaching Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and facilitating visits between parents and their children. You will be working with a diverse population of families, coordinating visits, providing assistance, and offering resources to ensure the success and safety of the visits.

The qualified Visit Coaching Specialist will:

• Assess and engage families in service planning based on demonstrated needs.
• Plan and implement appropriate interventions using evidence based and best practice approaches.
• Transport clients utilizing personal vehicle, as necessary.

The qualified Visit Coaching Specialist will have:

• High School diploma required
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.
• Pass current, applicable clearances.
• Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.
