Schedule: Full-time with some evenings/weekends

About the Role

Justice Works Youth Care is seeking a dedicated Family Preservation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support families during the reunification process. You will provide hands‑on case management, parenting education, and family support services while collaborating with professionals such as social workers, psychologists, and educators to ensure the safety and well‑being of children.

What You’ll Do
  • Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, or high school diploma with one (1) year of experience working with youth and families
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable access to a vehicle
  • Ability to pass all required background clearances
  • Ability to pass pre‑employment, post‑offer drug screening
  • Willingness to work non‑traditional hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Work in partnership with JFS to support family reunification efforts
  • Provide case management services and parenting education/classes
  • Promote inclusive, strengths‑based teamwork with families and community partners
  • Support parents in developing skills to safely care for their children
  • Transport clients using your personal vehicle as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation and meet program and compliance standards
