About

the Role

As a DSP Coordinator, you will plan, organize, and coordinate the daily operations and activities of a supported living site. You will lead, coach, and develop a team of Direct Support Professionals, while encouraging community inclusion, person‑centered support, and health and wellness for people supported by LADD.

Essential Functions
  • Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the residential setting
  • Participate in service planning and coordination for people with disabilities living in the residential setting
  • Supervise a team of Direct Support Professionals
  • Act as a community and family liaison for the site
  • Commit to being part of a team that creates and sustains a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace culture
Candidate Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • A minimum of two years in direct service for people with developmental disabilities
  • Current and valid driver’s license (with fewer than 6 points) and vehicle insurance
  • Ability to pass a background check (includes physical and a drug screen, and criminal check)
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
