RequirementsHigh School diploma or GED required. Associate’s Degree in social science preferred. Minimum of two years of direct residential experience preferred. First Aid & CPR certification is required and must be maintained. VOAOHIN will provide certification if not already obtained.
ResponsibilitiesVolunteers of America Ohio & Indiana seeks energetic, self‑motivated, dynamic professionals to join its expanding team. The Reentry Support Specialist Lead is responsible for assisting with staff training, scheduling, and performance of stated duties, and will work closely with Management on all issues associated with residential staff. This role also supports staff and residents in achieving a successful reentry to community life.
