Hamilton County Developmental Disabilities Services is seeking a Service and Support Administrator (SSA) to act as a case manager for individuals with developmental disabilities. You will access services, coordinate supports, advocate for needs, and work toward important goals in the community.
Typical day includes home or community meetings, coordinating services, documenting notes, and collaborating with families and providers. Hybrid work with field visits and occasional in-office work.
