Overview

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Salary: $65.00 USD Hourly – $70.00 USD Hourly

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Engineer with a strong emphasis on backend development using Java and Spring. In this role, you will design and build a new integration service that connects Azure-based platforms with a Manhattan MAWM SaaS solution. Candidates with strong data analysis and data engineering capabilities are preferred, as the integration layer will support key warehouse, transportation, yard, and labor management operations.

In addition to core integration work, you will also have opportunities to contribute to the rollout of a warehouse claims processing application across multiple divisions. While the position is primarily backend-oriented, you may occasionally support frontend development using Angular for internal tools and claims-related features.

Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of backend development experience with Java and the Spring Framework (strong junior candidates with demonstrated capability and learning agility will also be considered).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms-Azure preferred-and modern integration patterns.
  • Working knowledge of Angular (version 10 preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work autonomously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with supply chain or logistics systems, particularly warehouse management platforms.
  • Exposure to warehouse claims workflows.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain backend services for the AMIS integration layer using Java and Spring.
  • Implement and optimize integrations with Manhattan systems including TMS, WMS, and LMS.
  • Enhance and support existing applications to meet evolving warehouse and operational needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain engineering, infrastructure, and QA.
  • Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and agile ceremonies.
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and adherence to coding best practices across services.
