Kforce has a client in Blue Ash, OH that is seeking an Android Software Engineer.

Summary:

The Android Software Engineer will join a team providing new functionality, enhancements and maintenance for a newer Android application. This application is used to assess the quality of product delivered to a distribution center. The Android Software Engineer is responsible for collaborating with Product Management, Product Design, Lead Android Developer, and Quality Engineering to deliver a high-quality solution.

• 3+ years of professional Android application development experience using Kotlin
• Proficiency with Android SDK, Jetpack libraries, MVVM architecture, and modern mobile frameworks
• Solid experience integrating RESTful APIs, managing JSON data, and third-party libraries/services
• Understanding of mobile security best practices and optimization techniques
• Experience with optimizing mobile apps, in Java and Kotlin
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
• Ability to interact well in a team environment
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, Git Hub
