Akkodis is seeking an Automation Test Developer for a Contract with a client in Cincinnati, OH
. You will design robust test frameworks and develop automated test suits that ensure reliable, continuous quality validation.
Rate Range: $45/hour to $60/hour

The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
- Design and develop scalable automation frameworks using Java, Selenium Web Driver, TestNG, and implement rich reporting using Extent Reports.
- Build and maintain automated test scripts for UI, API, regression, smoke, and cross‑browser testing.
- Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Azure Dev Ops) and configure test execution, reporting, and quality gates.
- Implement best practices in synchronization, locator strategy, test data management, parallel execution, and suite optimization.
- Develop reusable automation utilities (REST clients, element wrappers, wait strategies) and author API tests using Rest Assured.
- Collaborate with Product, Dev, and QA teams on acceptance criteria, test strategy, defect triage, and root‑cause analysis while maintaining documentation and standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in automation testing with strong hands‑on expertise in Java and Selenium.
- Advanced proficiency in TestNG, Extent Reports, and scalable framework design (POM, data‑driven) as required by the client.
- Experience integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/Git Hub Actions/Azure Dev Ops) and API testing using Rest Assured per client requirements.

Pay Details & BenefitsPay: $45.00 to $60.00 per hour
