Frontend Developer

CSI Companies is seeking an experienced Mobile Application Developer (Android) with deep expertise in building and maintaining native Android applications. This role supports the design, development, and evolution of mobile solutions that integrate with enterprise back-end services in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.

This opportunity is ideal for a senior mobile engineer who has owned Android application development end to end, understands the full mobile application lifecycle, and collaborates effectively with backend and cross-functional teams to deliver high‑quality, scalable mobile solutions.

You will contribute to mobile architecture decisions, implement robust Android applications, and support integrations with backend services as needed.

Hours: 40 hours/week – Monday to Friday, standard business hours

Location:
Onsite (Cincinnati OH)

Pay: $55-65/hour based on relevant experience, education, and credentials

Visas are acceptable (any EAD). Candidates must be eligible to work on W2 and must not require sponsorship for at least 6–12 months

• Design, develop, and maintain native Android applications using modern Android frameworks and SDKs
• Own the full mobile application lifecycle, from requirements and design through development, testing, deployment, and support
• Implement clean, maintainable, and scalable Android code aligned with best practices
• Collaborate with product, UX, backend, and QA teams to deliver high‑quality mobile features
• Integrate Android applications with backend services and APIs
• Support troubleshooting, performance optimization, and bug resolution across mobile applications
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure mobile applications meet standards for performance, security, reliability, and usability

• 6–9 years of professional Android application development experience
• Advanced knowledge of Android SDKs, frameworks, and mobile architecture patterns
• Strong understanding of the Android application lifecycle and mobile best practices
• Experience building, deploying, and supporting production‑grade Android applications
• Solid problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively

• 6–9 years of experience with C# for backend or service integration support
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and service‑oriented architectures
• Familiarity with enterprise application environments and cross‑platform integrations
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and mobile build automation
