AI Engineer, Machine Learning/ ML Engineer
We are seeking an AI Agent Platform Architect to define and build the architectural foundation that enables AI agents to operate at scale across the enterprise. This is not a traditional architecture role. We are looking for someone who is deeply hands‑on with modern GenAI and agent‑based technologies and is actively building AI-driven solutions today.
This role focuses on creating the standards, patterns, and platform capabilities that allow teams to build, connect, evaluate, and govern AI agents safely and consistently across enterprise systems.
What You Will Do- Define the reference architecture for enterprise AI agent platforms, including agent frameworks, tool integrations, registries, eval pipelines, and orchestration patterns
- Design how AI agents connect to APIs, enterprise systems, data platforms, and knowledge sources using RAG and vector search
- Establish standards for agent lifecycle management, versioning, observability, safety, and governance
- Create patterns for tool calling, grounding, and multi‑agent workflows
- Partner with cloud, security, data science, and engineering teams to ensure agents are scalable, secure, and reliable
- Guide engineering teams on best practices for building and deploying agents using modern frameworks
- Evaluate emerging agentic frameworks and help drive build vs buy decisions
- Support rapid prototyping and proof‑of‑concept development for AI‑driven use cases
- 5–10 years of experience in cloud, distributed systems, or software engineering
- Recent, hands‑on experience working on GenAI / LLM / agent‑based projects
- Strong experience with agentic frameworks and tools such as Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Llama Index, Autogen, CrewAI, MCP, OpenAI SDK, or similar
- Experience implementing RAG pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search
- Hands‑on experience integrating APIs and enterprise systems into AI/agent workflows
- Familiarity with eval frameworks, agent observability, and Responsible AI considerations
- Experience with Azure or GCP, Kubernetes, containerization, CI/CD, and API platforms
- Ability to rapidly prototype AI‑driven solutions and translate business problems into agent‑based designs
This is not a traditional AI/ML Architect role. We are not looking for candidates with 15+ years of architecture experience and limited hands‑on AI exposure. We are specifically seeking individuals who are actively building with modern AI and agent technologies today.
This is an opportunity to design the platform and standards that will power the next generation of AI agents across the enterprise.
