Technical Lead, Software Development, Full Stack Developer

Akkodis is seeking a Technical Lead for a Contract with a client in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate must have strong angular expertise to drive front‑end architecture and partner with product/back‑end teams to deliver end‑to‑end user experiences.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $49/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Lead front-end architecture and delivery, ensuring scalable Angular solutions and guiding the team through best practices in components, state management, and application structure.
• Own code quality standards, conducting code reviews, enforcing maintainable patterns, and ensuring incremental, releasable stories aligned with Agile methodology.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product owners, designers, and backend teams to plan integrations and deliver seamless end‑to‑end user experiences.
• Develop high‑quality UI features using Angular, Type Script, HTML, CSS, and RxJS while ensuring accessibility, performance, and responsive design.
• Mentor and support engineers, providing technical leadership in architecture decisions, troubleshooting, and delivery ownership from inception to release.
• Implement sustainable engineering practices, including automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring/alerting for UI, and adherence to modern front‑end Dev Ops workflows.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional software development experience, including 5+ years in front‑end development and 2+ years in a technical lead role.
• Strong expertise in Angular (2+), JavaScript/Type Script, HTML/CSS, with proven experience designing front‑end architecture and leading teams through Agile delivery.
• Ability to integrate front‑end applications with RESTful APIs, ensuring high code quality, automated testing, CI/CD readiness, and collaboration with product, design, and backend engineering teams.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $49.00 per hour
