Job Description
We are seeking an Automated Tester to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in providing leadership and hands-on expertise using the latest open source products and best practices.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

• Build automated test frameworks and lead data testing efforts for multi-functional Agile data delivery teams.
• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for both Java and Python data APIs and for data movement using Kafka and big data tools and solutions.
• Perform Automation Testing — XML/SOAP UI/Webservices Testing.
• Provide technical direction and hands-on software development, including design, development, and testing.
• Develop test scripts to implement Features, Test Scenarios, and Step-Definition for BDD (Behaviour Driven Development) using Cucumber (Gherkins format) with a customized test automation framework.
• Develop Selenium automation frameworks using JUnit/TestNG frameworks and Maven targets to execute automation suites.
• Configure execution of automated regression suites using Jenkins CI/CD pipeline.
• Use Selenium tool for web applications and automate regression test cases (Selenium Web Driver/GRID).

• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban Agile development processes and ceremonies, including scrums, planning events, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and demos.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
• Experience developing test scripts for BDD using Cucumber (Gherkins format) and customized test automation frameworks.
• Experience with automation technologies such as Jenkins, Maven, and JUnit benchmark.
• Knowledge and certification in programming languages for automation testing like Python, Java, C++.
