This opportunity is ideal for a versatile Full-Stack Developer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys building seamless digital experiences from the ground up. The role combines front-end development, back-end architecture, and cross-functional collaboration to create impactful websites and internal applications that support both customer engagement and business operations. Candidates should be technically strong, proactive problem-solvers who can think strategically about architecture and development decisions while working closely with both IT and Marketing teams.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize secure, user-friendly web and mobile applications that support business operations and customer engagement.
• Design and scale robust back-end systems and relational databases to ensure performance, reliability, and seamless data flow.
• Build clean, responsive front-end interfaces using modern development frameworks and technologies across multiple browsers and platforms.
• Support and enhance e-commerce platforms and digital storefronts to improve user experience and transaction efficiency.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, functional specifications, and organized code to support long-term scalability and collaboration.
• Develop high-quality prototypes and interface designs while maintaining established branding and visual standards.
• Provide ongoing system maintenance, integrations, and enhancements to ensure optimal website and application performance.
• Research emerging technologies, advocate for usability best practices, and contribute to continuous process and product improvement initiatives.

• Demonstrated experience delivering full-stack solutions with a balance of front-end user experience and back-end systems development.
• Strong technical expertise in PHP, SQL, and relational database design and maintenance.
• Proficiency with front-end technologies and frameworks including HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and Bootstrap.
• Experience supporting and customizing e-commerce platforms, with Magento experience considered a strong advantage.
• Working knowledge of version control tools such as Git to support collaborative development and deployment processes.
• Solid understanding of web security principles, encryption practices, and data protection standards.
• Highly detail-oriented and proactive with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies, software platforms, and development frameworks.
