Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer
This position is not eligible for sponsorship, including OPT. Candidates must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
This position is hybrid 3-days per week in our Cincinnati, OH office. This position is not eligible for remote work.
What You’ll Own As The Software Engineer- Analyze requirements and design that’s robust, scalable with ease of maintenance.
- Development of batch settlement applications that assess pricing, generate settlement, reports and general ledgers.
- Support the unit and integration testing with various other systems.
- Mastery of multiple programming languages and technologies, as required.
- Collaboration with product and design teams to deliver high-quality documents by incorporating feedback to continuously improve content and presentation.
- Active participation in Agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure continuous improvement and effective team collaboration.
- Interacting with product managers and users to define requirements and modifications.
- Participating in software design meetings to determine technical requirements.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science or other related discipline and 3+ years of experience or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
- Mastery of 1 or more programming languages; willingness and ability to learn and master both new and legacy technologies.
- Experience with Agile development principles.
- Experience with end-to-end systems development life cycles and standards.
- Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills.
- Positive outlook, strong work ethic, and responsiveness to internal and external clients and contacts.
- SAS, REXX, assembler or API experience.
