Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, influencing decisions to align to customer goals.
- Design, develop, test, and implement data engineering processes to generate analytical and reporting solutions.
- Analyze and prepare the data needed for data science-based outcomes.
- Manage and maintain metadata data structures besides providing necessary support as needed.
- Demonstrate domain expertise, develop, and execute program plans and proactively solicit feedback from stakeholders to identify improvement actions.
- Leverage standard suite of platform and core module analytics & algorithms, software application capabilities, strong engineering & analytics backgrounds.
- Responsible for the overall design, documentation, maintenance, and translation of business needs into long-term architecture solutions.
- Identify and lead automation of repetitive processes to minimize errors and maximize service delivery.
- Partner with users and product team to understand their data product operational needs; translate these into a support model for billing products.
- Track KPIs to communicate operational status to users and leadership.
- Knowledge of cloud formation
- Experience with data pipelines
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure) and architecture
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Power Shell)
- A passion for staying updated with the latest trends and industry advancements
- Comfort in ambiguity
- Ability to work as part of a team in building, administering, and deploying systems.
- Ability to develop and follow procedures.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly in documenting and teaching installation and configuration processes
- Experience administering a production-state system and interacting directly with customers.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
- Effective problem identification and solution skills
- Proven analytical and organizational ability.
- Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 4 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 7 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 9 years of professional experience
