Position Overview
The Software Developer II position will support a variety of in-house developed and vendor package business applications that serve our W&S associates and retirees. This full‑stack developer will design and develop solutions to meet business needs, create and maintain data integrations across various business applications, and partner with HR, Benefits, and corporate business areas to test and implement application changes.
Duties and Responsibilities- Full stack development
- Design and develop solutions according to business needs
- Create and maintain data integrations across the various business applications
- Partner with corporate business areas to test and implement application changes
- Application maintenance and support
- Visual Studio Pro and C# experience
- .NET 8, Mud Blazor, and Entity Framework Core (especially LINQ)
- SQL Server and Oracle database knowledge
- Experience in designing and consuming REST APIs
- Knowledge of Service‑Based Architecture design patterns
- CI/CD and Dev Ops experience (TFS preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Problem‑solving and attention to detail
