Senior Software Engineer

Agility Partners is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for one of our clients — a fast-paced, forward-thinking organization committed to delivering impactful, customer-facing solutions. Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance application features with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
• Serve as a technical leader within your agile squad, participating in all ceremonies from planning through deployment.
• Apply test-driven development (TDD) to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Conduct and participate in code reviews, follow coding standards, and contribute to communities of practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 9+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Strong foundation in object-oriented and functional programming principles.
• Java (especially Swing)
• HTML, CSS
• RESTful APIs
• Git/Git Hub
• AWS
