Drive Technical Solutions Build robust, scalable backend systems using Java Spring Boot re-platforming systems that are currently .NET. Designing APIs and microservices that power critical business applications. You'll ensure high-quality code that meets our standards for performance, security, and maintainability.

Lead Through Collaboration Participate actively in agile ceremonies, contributing ideas that shape project direction and technical approach.

Innovate and Optimize Develop applications in Open Shift with future potential for building cloud-native applications on AWS. Build containerized microservices, implement CI/CD pipelines, and create automated solutions that improve operational excellence. Stay ahead of technology trends and bring fresh perspectives to our development practices.

Ensure Excellence Write comprehensive unit tests, conduct thorough code reviews, and maintain security best practices. Collaborate with Dev Ops and operations teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure our applications deliver exceptional user experiences while meeting compliance requirements.

• 5-10 years professional software development experience with proven ability to deliver production-quality applications
• Strong proficiency in Java Spring Boot (Java 17+) with deep understanding of Spring ecosystem (Security, Data, Cloud)
• Solid experience with .NET Core/.NET 6+ and ASP.NET Core, including Web API development and Entity Framework
• API Development expertise in designing and implementing RESTful services, including authentication, versioning, and documentation
• Modern Development Practices
• Cloud-native development experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, ECS)
• Containerization skills using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes or ECS
• Testing expertise with comprehensive unit testing (JUnit, NUnit/xUnit) and integration testing strategies
• Version control mastery using Git with branching strategies and code review processes
• Agile methodology experience with active participation in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives

• Problem-solving mindset with ability to analyze complex requirements and design elegant solutions
• Communication skills that enable effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Learning agility with demonstrated ability to quickly adopt new technologies and frameworks
• Quality focus with attention to code craftsmanship, documentation, and operational excellence

• Advanced Technical Experience
• Event-driven architecture using Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS SNS/SQS
• Advanced AWS services (API Gateway, Cloud Formation, Systems Manager, Secrets Manager)
• Dev Ops and Infrastructure
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or AWS CDK
• CI/CD pipeline design using Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, or AWS Code Pipeline
• Security tooling including Hashi Corp Vault, AWS IAM, and vulnerability scanning
• Production troubleshooting and incident response experience
