Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of domain and integration APIs, including RESTful, GraphQL, and event‑driven patterns.
- Architect and administer Databricks work spaces, ensuring optimal cluster configuration, security, and cost management.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable API solutions and data pipelines.
- Implement best practices for API versioning, documentation, testing, and monitoring.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on API strategy and Databricks usage.
- 5+ years of experience in API development and design, with a strong portfolio of production APIs.
- Proficiency in Python, Apache Spark, and Databricks administration.
- Hands‑on experience with REST, GraphQL, and event‑driven architectures (Kafka, Azure Event Hubs, etc.).
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and related services.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
