ETL Developer

Client: Fifth Third Bank

Fifth Third Bank is looking for a Mid-Level ETL Developer to support a large-scale modernization initiative, including the buildout of new data pipelines that will support AI-driven solutions across the organization.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who can quickly ramp up, work independently, and contribute to building and enhancing ETL processes in a fast-paced banking environment.

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines to support enterprise data initiatives.
• Build and optimize data integration workflows for modernization and AI projects.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver reliable data solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ETL and data quality issues.
• Ensure data is processed efficiently and accurately while following banking and data governance standards.

• 5–7 years of experience in ETL development.
• Strong experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines.
• Experience working with large-scale data integration projects.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and quickly contribute to ongoing initiatives.
• Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Experience supporting data modernization or cloud migration initiatives.
• Exposure to AI/ML data platforms or projects.
• Familiarity with SQL and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with modern ETL tools and data integration technologies (Informatica, SSIS, Talend, Data Stage, Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, or similar).
