Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Service Now Software Engineer IV to lead the evolution of the enterprise Unauthorized Change Detection (UCD) capability within a large enterprise IT Service Management environment. This role combines hands‑on Service Now development with strategic ownership of the UCD program, partnering with engineering, security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to enhance change detection, automate workflows, and strengthen governance.
This is a highly technical role requiring production‑level Service Now development experience along with the ability to drive long‑term process improvements and operational maturity.
Location: Cincinnati, OH (Onsite)
Job Type: Full‑Time Contract
Key Responsibilities- Develop production‑ready Service Now solutions for Unauthorized Change Detection.
- Design and enhance Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub solutions.
- Define and improve the enterprise UCD strategy.
- Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable Service Now solutions.
- Integrate Tripwire Enterprise and other detection tools with Service Now.
- Automate reconciliation between unauthorized change alerts and approved change records.
- Design dashboards, operational metrics, and executive reports.
- Partner with Engineering, Security, Infrastructure, and Change Management teams.
- Drive process automation and continuous operational improvements.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience driving automation, governance, and operational excellence within enterprise IT environments.
