Responsibilities

Work with engineering team members to solve complex problems.
Build and maintain a scalable platform using engineering best practices.
Collaborate to refine business requirements and evolve the payments platform.
Own the services and features developed by your team.
Participate in code reviews and mentor less experienced teammates.
Engage with technical and non‑technical stakeholders on team‑owned projects and features.

Qualifications

5+ years of software development experience.

Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MariaDB.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Clear understanding of SDLC stages and practices.
Proven ability to technically own delivery of medium‑sized features involving multiple team members.
Experience with basic cloud services for building and running cloud‑native applications.
Bonus:
Agile development experience.
