Servicenow Developer
Location:
Remote / Cincinnati, Ohio. Duration: 6+ month. Traveling is required once a month to Cincinnati, Ohio.
Contract description:
- Extensive experience in Service Now (over 8 years).
- Proficiency with the Service Now FSO module.
- Strong understanding of banking operations and processes.
- Experience handling debit card disputes.
- Hands-on experience in configuring Service Now applications.
Qualifications:
- Over 8 years of relevant experience in Service Now.
- Certified in CIS CSM (Certified Implementation Specialist - Customer Service Management).
- In-depth knowledge of the banking industry.
- Familiarity with financial services operations (FSO).
- Strong computer skills and technical proficiency.
- Traveling is required once a month to Cincinnati, Ohio.
