Basketball Coach

Ronnie Grandison Sports Academy is based in Cincinnati, Ohio, and operates out of its facility at 7950 E Kemper Rd. The academy is dedicated to fostering athletic excellence and personal development through high‑quality training programs. With a focus on basketball, the academy provides an environment where athletes of all levels can enhance their skills and achieve their highest potential. This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Cincinnati, OH, for a Basketball Coach at Ronnie Grandison Sports Academy. The Basketball Coach will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs, leading practice sessions, coaching administrative respnsibilities, and growing programs to improve the Academies performance. Additional duties include facility operations, site management during games and tournaments, fostering teamwork, and maintaining a positive and constructive environment for athletes to thrive.

• Proven experience in Basketball Coaching, Coaching, and advanced knowledge of Basketball techniques and rules
• Strong Communication skills and the ability to connect with athletes of varying ages and skill levels
• Experience in training and development programs to enhance athletic performance
• Passion for mentoring athletes and promoting sportsmanship and teamwork
• Background in physical education, kinesiology, or related field is preferred
• Ability to manage time effectively and lead practices with a results‑driven approach
• First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus
