GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Indian Hill High School is a high-achieving Division II athletic program serving approximately 650 students in grades 9–12. Candidates must possess all required Ohio Department of Education coaching credentials and successfully complete FBI/BCI background checks.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Prior volleyball coaching experience preferred
• Understanding of systems, player development, and strategy
• Ability to build positive team culture
