Challenger Sports is owned and operated by some of the most experienced soccer people in the country and our team of 9 offices and 100 full time staff now provides a comprehensive range of Soccer services and products.

• Coaching daily/weekly sessions to players of a variety of ages (2-16 years old)
• Logbooks: keeping track of your hours & sessions
• Session plans: use Challenger software to provide online session plans
• Communication: to all parents/players within our registration programs
• Scheduling: follow your schedule & be adaptable for any changes based on incremental weather

• Must be comfortable working with children of all age groups.
• Must have experience working with children.
• All staff must pass a rigorous background check.
• The vast majority of positions require your own transport.
• Must have work authorization to work in the USA.
• Experience with in Soccer coaching, particularly coaching ball mastery is desirable.

$20-$35 gross per hour, based on qualifications & experience.

Field sessions can be anywhere within a 1hr radius of your home.

The sessions will be in the evenings Mon to Fri & during the day on weekends.
