Job DescriptionPosition hours based upon routes needing to be filled. Current pay rate is $22.78 - $31.51 per hour.
Description: The safe transportation of students.
Key Functions- Follows designated routes prescribed by the Supervisor of Transportation.
- Maintains a clean bus: picks up papers daily, cleans windows, sweeps and dusts daily.
- Is responsible for student discipline on the bus and follows the prescribed procedure for handling conduct forms.
- Maintains current CDL with proper endorsements as required by state and federal.
- Follows guidelines while maintaining annual and pre-service certification.
- Maintains route sheets per Ohio Revised Code and submits updates on proper forms.
- Performs daily pre-trip inspection per state and federal guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.
