Fresh Product Delivery Driver - United Dairy Farmers – Greater Cincinnati

We are looking for drivers to deliver fresh grab and go products such as milk, water, juices, commissary products, doughnuts, muffins, cookies, and other bakery products produced at our family bakery to UDF stores in the Greater Cincinnati, Columbus, Dayton, and Kentucky areas.

This is a full‑time position with a $1,500 sign‑on bonus paid in $500 increments after 90 days, 180 days, and 1 year anniversaries (good attendance is required to be eligible). A quarterly driver bonus of $750 for meeting KPI's is also provided. Designated drivers that are on call on their day’s off earn $40 per day for being on call.

Drivers are scheduled 4 or 5 days a week, with a rotating on‑call schedule and rotating shift times between 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm. Routes are 8‑ and 10‑hour shifts and may take longer depending on weather and traffic. The driver must be able to operate a 26‑foot box truck with a lift‑gate at night and in all weather conditions, and must be able to push, pull, lift heavy items (up to 200 lbs) out of the truck and onto/store them in the delivery cooler at each store.

Must read delivery tickets and complete log books and other paperwork accurately.

• Previous experience in a driving role specific to food production preferred but not required
• Ability to read delivery tickets and complete log books accurately

• Computer literacy, ability to read order sheets
