Position Description

Here’s a glimpse of what you can expect:

• Weekly Pay: $1950 or more!
• Pay Structure: $0.57 per mile with 2300+ miles per week; $23.00 per stop with 12-15 stops per week; per diem of $52 per night for 4-5 nights per week.
• Bonuses: Up to $1250 per year safety bonus, and a loyalty bonus of $4000 (payouts at 6 months and 1 year).
• Training: Paid training provided.
• Schedule: Sunday to Friday, with dispatch between 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM.
• Load Pickups: Sunday evening.

• Driving Area: Deliver solo across all states east of the Mississippi River.
• Route: Regional.
• Equipment: 2023/2024 Automatic Sleepers equipped with refrigerators, inverters, microwaves, tri-pac, and outward-facing cameras; trailers are 48' and 53' dry vans.
• Freight: Driver assist with garage doors.

All trucks are 36 months or newer and come with 24/7 roadside maintenance. Our drivers fill up at over 800 maintenance facilities nationwide.

• Minimum age: 21 years.
• Must pass a drug test and background check.
• DOT physical and Ryder road test required.
• Appropriate CDL and endorsements are necessary.
• Must have Class A experience: 9 months in the last 3 years, or 2 years in the last 5, or 5 years in the last 10.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret regulations.
