Job Overview

We are seeking reliable drivers to deliver pizza and promotional materials in designated areas. This role requires you to operate safely, provide good customer service, and maintain order accuracy. • Operate all equipment and prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders, take inventory, and complete paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
• Deliver pizzas and related items within designated area using a reliable vehicle.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Provide customers with accurate change, write receipts, and use a computer or touch screen to enter orders.
• Navigate adverse terrain and multi‑story buildings, read maps, and locate addresses.
• Communicate verbally and in writing with customers and coworkers, and process orders over the phone and in person.
• Maintain a safe driving record and pass company driving standards.
• Use hand trucks for bulk deliveries and handle items up to 50 lb.
• Assist in stocking ingredients, moving trays on dollies, and cleaning low areas.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle usable for delivery.
• Strong navigational skills and ability to read maps and locate addresses.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 50 lb), bend, reach and climb stairs.
• Basic math skills and quick memorization of change.
• Good verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Exposure to variable weather and temperature ranges (in store from 36 °F to 90 °F+).
• Possible exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, fumes, and hot surfaces up to 500 °F.
• Work in cramped spaces such as walk‑in coolers.
• Use mechanical parts and sharp edges; move vehicles and trailers.
• Perform tasks in low, near, and far vision conditions.

• Stand for the majority of the shift.
• Walk short distances between store, vehicle, and customer.
• Sit for paperwork at a desk or table.
• Lift up to 50 lb, carry 30 lb pizza sauce, and move trays on dollies requiring up to 7.5 lb force.
• Push, pull, climb stairs, and occasionally use a ladder.
• Perform forward bending and reaching; occasionally squat or crawl.
• Drive for deliveries and deliver flyers.

• Start as a delivery driver and progress to store management or franchise ownership.
• Pathways to corporate operations positions such as manager or franchisee.
