CDL-A Team Truck Driver - Dedicated Lane

CDL-A TEAM DRIVER

Home Time:
Weekly or Every Other Week depending on driver’s domicile.

• Maximum Mileage Pay: $0.74/mile (based on verified experience)
• Minimum Mileage Pay: $0.52/mile (based on verified experience)
• Clean DOT Inspection:
  Earn $75 for each clean DOT inspection received
• Average Weekly Earnings: $1,300 – $1,850
• Sign‑on Bonus: $8,000 for true teams ($4,000 per driver) – requires 90 days of previous teaming, no bonus received from Covenant, and is not available to drivers in CA, FL, LA, or MS

• Medical, Dental, Vision, Optional Life, Optional STD/LTD, and Flexible Spending Accounts – eligible after 60 days of active service, effective the 1st day of the following month
• 401(k) plan – eligible after 180 days of active service

• Valid CDL‑A license
• Previous teaming with the same driver for at least 90 days
• No prior sign‑on bonus from Covenant
• Not residing in CA, FL, LA, or MS
