We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to support our Central Dispatch. In this role you will proactively identify and resolve issues throughout the day - before they impact dispatch, timesheet review, or carrier payments - keeping daily operations running smoothly.
Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities:
Fleet Watcher Administration

* Identify and resolve driver login, password, and application issues
* Escalate unresolved technical issues to the system's technical support team
Shift & Project Administration

* Ensure source and destination locations are accurate and complete
* Create and maintain GPS boundary zones for projects, dump sites, and staging areas
* Audit shift information throughout the day to reduce next-day corrections
Operational Support
* Monitor recurring compliance issues and identify trends requiring process improvements
* Coordinate with foremen, dispatchers, project managers, and carriers to resolve operational discrepancies
* Support carrier onboarding and user training as needed
* Assist with manually reconciling delivery tickets and validating data
Dispatch Support
* Provide additional dispatch coverage during peak workload periods and absences
* Assist with truck assignments and creating dispatch records
* Support payroll functions by reducing the administrative workload on dispatch personnel
* Serve as a secondary resource for Fleet Watcher and Central Dispatch operations
Desired
Qualifications:
* Experience in transportation, dispatch, brokerage, logistics, or carrier operations
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* High attention to detail and ability to identify operational discrepancies
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills with drivers, carriers, dispatchers, and operations personnel
