This is a W-2 position with AJR Logistics LLC. You will be employed by AJR Logistics, not Amazon.

Starting Pay: $22.00/hour

Overtime:
Paid at 1.5× your hourly rate after 40 hours worked in a 7-day workweek

Annual Earnings:
Approximately $45,000–$66,000+

• Touch Home After Every Run – Most routes include one overnight before returning home, providing predictable home time and a consistent schedule.
• Consistent Rotating Schedule – Work 3 shifts one week and 4 shifts the next, with consistent year-round freight and opportunities for additional shifts and overtime.

• Work a minimum of 39 scheduled hours per week, with opportunities for additional shifts and overtime.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Deliver freight safely, professionally, and on time.
• Follow all DOT, FMCSA, Amazon Relay, and company safety standards.

• At least 21 years old
• Valid Class A CDL
• Meet Amazon Freight Partner eligibility requirements
• Pass a DOT physical, pre-employment drug screen, and background check
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Comfortable using smartphones, GPS, and Amazon Relay technology
• Safety-focused with a professional attitude
