Truck Driver Dedicated

Experienced drivers needed for our dedicated fleet. Must be motivated & ready to work.

$7500 bonus

Drivers will receive $1000 after 1st dispatch following orientation

• Applicants must have at least 1 year of OTR tractor/trailer experience within the past 10 years, with 6 months commercial experience in the past 2 years in a sleeper truck
• Verifiable military driving experience will be considered if a driver also has 9 months OTR experience
• Must have a good driving record & a stable job history
• This job is a little physical, as we tailgate freight and then the install crews will take it from there.
• It's mostly pretty light freight, except for some sliding patio doors.
• 95% dock deliveries. Loads can have 10-22 stops per load.
• Must hand in daily trip sheets
• Drivers must be willing to cover routes and / or take overflow from other dedicated routes if volume on this account gets low. There are always plenty of miles available to run.
• $1250 min. weekly guarantee and recent weekly average is at $1459
• .60 CPM
• $30 per stop
• Some drivers may be able to run through the house when empty, but we can't promise it.
• Great fleet with very little turnover
• Drivers will get set routes eventually, but at the moment we need them to be flexible. Could run as far west as CO & as far south as Mobile, AL. We also run in the MW. Home weekly
• Drivers will leave out on Sunday afternoon or Monday & be back home on Fridays
• Newer automatic trucks. All with inverters & APU's

• 3 day orientation in MN. Private hotel room. Will provide a company paid plane ticket or will reimburse for gas and/or car rental with presentation of a receipt. All meals provided
