As a Non-Emergency Medical Driver, you’ll provide safe, reliable transportation to help passengers—especially older adults and individuals with disabilities—reach essential appointments while enjoying a schedule that fits your lifestyle. All employees are required to drive and be 100% certified to provide NEMT services through brokers who have contracts with state Medicaid (note: this will change as we grow).

Who We’re Looking For:

• Safe, reliable, and courteous drivers with excellent defensive driving skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with sensitivity to the needs of older adults and individuals with disabilities
• Punctual individuals familiar with main roadways and highways in the Cincinnati, OH service area
• No experience required—comprehensive training is provided

Requirements:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• Must be 23 years of age or older
• Must possess a valid Ohio Class D driver’s license or ability to obtain within 3 months of start
• Must have a minimum of 3 years driving history
• No DUI or DWI convictions
• No more than 6 points on driving record
• Must pass criminal background check investigation & Motor Vehicle record check
• Valid authorization to work in the United States
• Must have a smartphone
• Able to assist with wheelchairs and passenger packages
• Must be able to obtain 100% certification to provide NEMT services through brokers with state Medicaid contracts

Oversee the company’s fleet of vehicles for non-emergency medical transportation services, ensuring maintenance, insurance, efficient operations, and compliance with safety standards. Focus on reliable transport for healthcare needs while supporting rapid growth into new counties, cities, states, and niches. Manage driver training, scheduling, and performance to build a high-performing team. Role involves hands‑on leadership with opportunities to shape the fleet as the company expands.
