JW is looking for adependable Delivery Driver / Logistics Support Technician
to join our team in support of our work with Cincinnati Public Schools (CPS). This role is ideal for someone comfortable driving a large van, managing deliveriesaccurately, and handling basic technology equipment withcare.
Theperson in this rolewill drive between schools and the warehouse to pick up and deliver devices and equipment, while also supporting warehouse and project-based work between routes.
Key Responsibilities- Drive a company van to pickup and deliver devices, equipment, and related materialsbetween schools and the warehouse.
- Verifythat all orders,equipment, and materials are complete and accurate beforetransport.
- Communicate any deliverydiscrepancies, shortages, or issues to the appropriate sitepoint of contact.
- Coordinate and completescheduled deliveries and pickups in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate dailyinventory and delivery records for equipment received,transported, and delivered.
- Handle IT equipmentcarefully and responsibly during loading, transport, and unloading.
- Represent the face of ourteam with courtesy and professionalism in all interactions.
- Support warehouseorganization, staging, and project work when not activelycompleting deliveries.
- Follow all companyandclient procedures related to equipment security, chainof custody, and delivery documentation.
- Support basic technical needs like swapping broken chargers in a device cart or assisting with IT projects.
- One to two years of experience in a warehouse, courier, delivery, or logistics-related role preferred.
- Comfortable driving a largevan.
- Strong attention to detailand ability to confirm accurate inventory and deliveries.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, school staff, and internal team members.
- Reliable, organized, andable to work independently throughout the day.
- Ability to lift and move equipment safely as needed.
- Experience with or familiarity with IT equipment is strongly preferred.
- Basic comfort with technology, inventory tracking, and documentation is aplus.
- Familiarity with laptops,tablets, chargers, carts, and other common IT hardware.
- Ability to identify basicequipment discrepancies such as missing components, damageddevices, or incorrect quantities.
- Comfort using inventorylogs, mobile communication, and basic tracking/documentationtools.
- Understanding the importance of secure handling and transport of student and stafftechnology equipment.
