Responsibilities
- Follow Material Control QSPs for labeling, storage, and handling of materials
- Perform inventory transactions accurately within the WMS
- Restock materials returned to inventory
- Stage and kit materials for production builds (OBDD and OBDS assemblies)
- Complete and maintain GMP‑compliant documentation and records
- Perform lot splitting of components for production builds
- Maintain accurate inventory of GMP, DEV, and MRO items
- Support receiving and shipping operations as needed
- Track and replenish truck stock inventory
- Conduct daily/weekly cycle counts and participate in annual physical inventories
- Generate warehouse labeling and operate pallet wrapping/banding equipment
- Execute customer‑specific palletization and packaging requirements
- Reorganize inventory and restack pallets to maximize space utilization
- Down‑stock MRO items to support operations
- Investigate and report inventory discrepancies
- Perform routine warehouse cleaning and organization
- Assist with scrap and biohazard disposal
- Support audits, site visits, and facility tours as needed
- Safely transport goods using company box truck, following all traffic laws
- Perform pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections and report issues
- Secure loads and assist with loading/unloading
- Maintain driving logs, delivery documentation, and compliance records
- Plan delivery routes considering road restrictions, fuel stops, and required rest periods
- Ability to operate powered lift equipment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and counting accuracy
- Effective time management and productivity skills
- Customer‑service mindset and team collaboration skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs frequently
- Ability to operate motor vehicles and warehouse equipment
- Ability to move continuously throughout shift
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and work in warehouse environments
- Regular onsite presence during standard working hours
