Warehouse Production​/Dock Associate at Toyota

About the Role

SIMOS is seeking 2nd Shift Warehouse Production/Dock Associates to support Toyota in Blue Ash, Ohio. Warehouse sorters will continuously lift up to 50 pounds while sorting automotive parts in the docking area. We encourage a diverse and inclusive environment.

• $24.25 / hour, with pay raises after 6 months (per eligibility requirements).
• 2nd Shift: Monday‑Friday, 3:59 PM‑12:30 AM (overtime available up to 4:00 AM).

• $100 shoe (steel‑toe) reimbursement after 90 days.

• Must meet 4 of 5 criteria within first 30 days – safety, quality, performance, attendance, engagement (team partnership).
• Sort car parts with RF scanner, placing parts in correct cage, bumper box, and skids.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Standing 8‑10 hours per shift.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Steel‑toe footwear required.

• Non‑climate‑controlled warehouse; flexibility to work in hot or cold environment.
• Ability to see/hear and recognize warning signs, alarms, traffic sounds.
• Coordination of bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid pace.
• Ability to use personal protective equipment (gloves, harnesses, safety shoes).
• Perform shipping/receiving accurately and in compliance with SOPs and daily workload plans; ensure damage‑ and error‑free inventory; maintain safety, quality and productivity.
• Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
• Establish part locations, relocate, build, and replenish picking locations; verify inventory variances.
• Operate powered equipment (order pickers, tuggers, reach trucks, counterbalanced forklifts up to 25 ft).
• Background check, drug test, ability to stand for shift duration.
• Minimum 18 years old; HS diploma or GED; able to lift 50 pounds.
