Shipping & Receiving AssociateWe are seeking an energetic, reliable, and hard‑working individual to join our warehouse team as a Shipping & Receiving Associate. The ideal candidate is self‑motivated and passionate about warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and ensuring products move efficiently through the receiving, storage, and shipping process. In this role you will play a critical part in supporting daily logistics operations by receiving incoming materials, maintaining organized inventory, and preparing customer orders for shipment.
While the primary focus is shipping and receiving, you will also provide support to production and product assembly activities as needed to help meet customer demand and business objectives. You will work closely with team members across warehouse and production functions to ensure operational success.

Job Description- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments; verify quantities and documentation; prepare, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time; coordinate outbound shipments using shipping software and carrier systems.
- Manage inventory: receiving, processing, and storing incoming stock; maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and product locations.
- Maintain warehouse organization: keep the warehouse clean and organized, sort recyclables, and manage the layout to optimize space and efficiency.
- Perform data entry: update inventory management systems as needed.
- Assist with product assembly: support production of sensor technology products, including small electronics and components for the Waites system.
- Conduct quality control: inspect products for defects and damages before shipping, ensuring all items meet quality standards.
- Deliver exceptional service internally and externally; contribute positively to team morale.
- Carry out additional responsibilities as needed to support business objectives.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Shipping/Receiving.
- Self‑starter with excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Competent computer skills with the ability to learn shipping software.
- Flexibility to adapt to last‑minute changes.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Proficient in Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to be trained and work in multiple roles within warehouse/production operations.
- Experience working with small components and circuit boards.
- Dexterous individual comfortable working with hands.
- Walk, use hands or arms, climb ladders and stairs, crawl, and kneel.
- Sit, talk, listen, observe, read, write, and type.
- Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds unassisted.
- Work on‑site in industrial, commercial, and residential locations.
