Job Opportunity:
Purchasing and Inventory Coordinator - Allied Technical Services, Cincinnati, OH
Full-Time | Monday to Friday
Allied Technical Services is looking for a Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator to support purchasing, inventory, vendor relationships, ERP system management, and warehouse operations. This hands‑on role will have direct impact on the business every day.

In this role you will help ensure materials are ordered, received, tracked, and organized accurately so the business can operate efficiently.
Responsibilities Include- Purchasing materials, supplies, and parts needed for daily operations
- Communicating with vendors regarding pricing, availability, lead times, deliveries, and issues
- Tracking purchase orders and following up to ensure materials arrive on time
- Receiving shipments, verifying accuracy, and resolving shortages or damaged items
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and ERP system data
- Monitoring inventory levels and helping prevent stock shortages
- Supporting inventory counts and inventory accuracy initiatives
- Organizing warehouse inventory and storage locations
- Assisting with ERP cleanup, inventory optimization, and process improvements
We are seeking an organized, detail‑oriented, dependable individual comfortable managing multiple priorities throughout the day.
Experience That Helps You Succeed- Purchasing, inventory, or inventory control experience
- Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Comfortable communicating with vendors, coworkers, and leadership
- Able to problem‑solve, manage priorities, and jump in where needed
- Warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, parts, service, vendor management, receiving, or forklift experience is a plus
- Enjoy variety, ownership, and wearing multiple hats
- Like solving problems and improving how things get done
- Comfortable supporting both office and warehouse tasks
- Enjoy helping a team stay organized and on track
