General Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Technician to support daily warehouse operations in Cincinnati, OH. This role includes material handling, inventory support, stocking, organizing, and preparing supplies for operational needs. Previous warehouse, inventory, labor, or operations experience is preferred.
Responsibilities- Receive, stock, organize, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist with inventory management and material handling.
- Prepare materials and supplies for daily operations.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and inventory documentation.
- Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding warehouse needs.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Use warehouse tools, equipment, phones, tablets, and related systems.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications- Previous warehouse, inventory, or operations experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Basic organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
- Must be able to pass required pre‑employment screenings, including background and motor vehicle record checks.
- Professional, respectful, and safety‑focused attitude.
- Lift, carry, push, and pull at least 50 pounds.
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, climb, and lift throughout the workday.
- Wear required PPE and follow safety procedures.
- Work on‑site in warehouse and operational environments.
- Maintain dependable transportation and reliable attendance.
- Overtime, modified schedules, or occasional weekends may be required.
