From warehouse storage areas, trains selectors to fill customer orders.

• Read computer generated stickers to determine items to be selected and where to locate the items.
• Conveys items from warehouse slot to pallet to fill customer orders.
• Places materials or items on pallets to insure best order for ease of delivery and safety of product.
• Sorts and stacks perishable goods in refrigerated, freezer or dry pallets, depending on type of product being selected.
• Marks materials with identifying information, by attaching sticker to product.
• Operates hand pallet jack to transport palletized items from warehouse storage area to loading dock.
• Shrinks wrap pallets correctly.
• Completes initial training in accident reporting, safety and HACCP.
• Trains warehouse and drivers in the safe operation of powered industrial trucks (forklifts / pallet jacks).
• Incumbents will follow any other instructions, and perform any other related duties, as may be required by their supervisor.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
• 3 - 5 Years
• Five years related experience in warehousing and powered industrial trucks.
